According to NationalIncontinence.com, the Abena Abri-Flex boasts a total capacity of 43 to 74 ounces, making it an extremely absorbent diaper, although it may not be quite substantial enough for severe incontinence. Users at Amazon.com and Drugstore.com commend the product's superior absorbency and leakage protection. XPMedical.com notes that Abri-Flex underwear has an elasticized crotch designed to prevent gaps and leaks.
