We found positive reviews for the LW1211ER and its 2010 model, the LW1210ER, for a large space of about 550 square feet. It performs very well in professional testing, and no owners complain about this unit's ability to cool efficiently. Comments such as "performs beautifully" are common. Most users find this LG air conditioner to be fairly quiet, although one says it's a little loud on the highest setting.
A considerable number of owners find installation to be difficult even with the included slide-out chassis, and many complain of unclear instructions. Like most air conditioners this size, this unit features an electronic display, remote control, automatic restart after a power outage and a programmable timer. A unanimous agreement between experts and owners about a model's cooling ability is rare indeed, and the LG LW1211ER has it.
