Experts praise the all-terrain Britax B-Scene (*Est. $400) for its maneuverability, comfort for adults and children, and versatile styling. A modular three-wheeler, the B-Scene comes as a stroller frame that includes one large seat to accommodate babies from 6 months through 55 pounds, with an option to attach a bassinet or the Britax Chaperone infant car seat. Reviewers particularly like its easy-to-use braking system, which indicates if the brake is on or off with a red or green indicator.

The only complaint we found in expert reviews of the B-Scene is that the lap bar is foam-covered, so it can be chewed on and possibly damaged by riders. It also doesn't come with child cupholders, which are sold separately.
