In theory, the Chicco S3 All-Terrain stroller seems like an excellent product. It's extremely maneuverable thanks to its three-wheeled design, has a lot of storage and convenience features such as cupholders and storage options, converts to a travel system (only with the Chicco KeyFit car seat) for a full age-range stroller, and its adjustable handle and large, padded seat offer a high level of comfort for both rider and parent. Yet it doesn't seem to have caught on in spite of being released in 2009 -- perhaps because of the price. If cost is a concern, the all-terrain Jeep Liberty Limited (*Est. $160) is loaded with features, accepts a variety of infant car seats and gets excellent reviews overall.
There are no expert reviews of the Chicco S3 All-Terrain, but we did find some owner feedback at Amazon.com and Buzzillions.com.
