Reviews of the Tike Tech CityX3 Swivel Twin are mixed. Experts like its comfort features and say it's a great all-terrain stroller. Owners say those things are true, but it also suffers from many quality issues, including the frame coming apart, wheels falling off, and the seats sagging after just a few weeks or months of use. Those who report problems say customer service is unresponsive: No one returns phone calls, and email answers are often incomplete or unclear. The CityX3 Swivel Twin definitely doesn't get the high praise of its single-seat sibling, and it's not even a true twin stroller because it accepts only one car seat (both seats recline flat for newborns.) If you can spend this much for a double stroller and need a true twin, the Baby Jogger City Mini Double may be a better choice.
The only expert review we found of the Tike Tech CityX3 Swivel Twin is from Hollie Schultz at BabyGizmo.com, who tests strollers with actual children but gives no insight into durability with long-term use. BabyBargains.com discusses the Tike Tech brand, but while it appears very outdated -- it even lists an old web address -- it addresses quality issues that seem relevant here. We found user reviews at Amazon.com and Buzzillions.com that provide feedback on quality and customer service issues.
