The Graco Baby Einstein Discover & Play Activity Center features a swiveling seat surrounded by textures, toys and button-activated sounds, all meant to keep a baby entertained and engaged. Parents are big fans of this seated play center, which is recommended for babies weighing between 5.5 and 30 pounds who aren't yet able to stand or walk on their own. This stationary entertainer adjusts to three different heights and comes with a washable seat pad. Sounds include vocabulary words in multiple languages, animal sounds and music, but one complaint is that the sound quality isn't great. This activity center doesn't fold for storage or convert to any other type of toy. The more expensive Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun Active Learning Center (*Est. $130) has a longer usable life because it converts from a play mat (for newborns) and later into a play table for toddlers.
