Wee-Go Glass Bottle

Glass baby bottle

Pros
  • BPA-free
  • Tempered glass
  • Can convert to sippy cup
  • Silicone sleeves
Cons
  • Expensive
  • Heavy
Where to Buy

While the Wee-Go Glass Bottle is more expensive than most, the purchase of a separate cap, ring and plug set (*Est. $3) converts the bottle to a sippy cup, and it can also be converted to an adult beverage bottle, storage container, or for freezing breastmilk with the purchase of a solid beverage bottle cap (*Est. $4). Reviewers say that because the bottles can be used for other purposes after they're no longer needed for feeding, the added cost isn't wasted. Wee-Go glass bottles feature a colorful silicone sleeve (available in six color choices) that provides a secure grip and a tactile experience for infants. The sleeves can be heated or washed directly with the bottle, so it doesn't cause an added step for parents. Reviewers also say the silicone sleeve prevents breakage, and the bottles fit most breast pumps. Other than the price, the main downside to the Wee-Go bottles is that they're heavier than plastic. If you want a bottle that won't weigh down your diaper bag, try the simple and less expensive BornFree Bisphenol-A Free plastic bottles (*Est. $14 for two 9-oz. bottles).

The best reviews of the Wee-Go Glass Bottle come from parent and baby-related websites who provide roundups of the best baby bottles, including Parents.com, MomFinds.com, StyleBakeryMom.com and Tibesti.com. The biggest drawback to most of these reviews, other than Parents.com, is that the written feedback offered on products is rather sparse.
