Scale that Measures Body Fat and Body Water, November 19, 2009
We love being able to check our body fat and body water content. It's also great to see our weight in small increments rather than rounded, i.e., 108.6 rather than 109. Our first scale stopped working after three months; however, Tanita quickly replaced it with a new one that has been fine. We purchased a 2nd scale as a Christmas gift and expect that the recipient will be equally pleased.

This is the best bathroom scale I have had. It gives the same reading after steping off and on again. I beeps to let you know when the reading is available. Fairly simple to use.

The Tanita scale does everything its supposed to and is very easy to operate. Once you set up your information it is easy to track your weigh-in history, which helps you stay on track. Does what it says, September 5, 2009
This scale is definitely not for precise body composition measurements, but it does the job for tracking long-term trends when you measure yourself at about the same time every day. It's more accurate at measuring weight. I've used this scale to track the progress of a mild regimen of diet and exercise, and it's been an invaluable tool.
