This stainless steel mesh tube feeder has an additional wrap-around wire grid. It is 16 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide, and holds one quart of seed -- about one third of the capacity of pricier, top-selling feeders like the Brome Squirrel Buster Plus (*est. $75). This means you will have to fill it more often. However, reviews say up to a dozen small birds can perch on the green, vinyl-coated fencing and poke their heads through to feed from the steel mesh tube. Squirrels may cling to the feeder, but they won't be able to access the seed.
