DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!, November 23, 2009

We purchased the Magic Bullet and Bullet Express products. BOTH products failed within three uses, the engines they use in the machines are of poor quality and in both instances they burned out. The Bullet Express failed mixing egg, water, and flour; the Magic Bullet mixing a protein drink. Extremely poor product quality. Even worse, once you're past 30 days forget about the organization standing by their product. You're on your own once your past that window. Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst product I've ever bought!, November 14, 2009

I was looking for a small blender/processor so as not to have to always drag out the larger appliances. Well, this thing is horrible. It may blend OK, but it cannot chop.Items such as onions, carrots, etc, come out a combination of mush and large pieces. I'm an experienced cook and baker, and believe me, the machine was almost impossible to use. Trying to get it to pulse without locking into its continuous blending mechanism was virtually impossible. I've had it about a week or two and am off to return it now. It might be OK if you only want a small blender. Don't buy it if you want its so-called chopping or dicing feature.

It's a small blender. If you have a blender, you have the same capability., November 1, 2009

OK, I tried several different things with the magic bullet today, not being convinced it does everything it claims to do. Basically, this is a blender; It does things that an average blender does. But it's smaller than the average blender, and being smaller, the motor isn't as powerful. Its claim to be a coffee grinder/juicer/food processor/blender/ice crusher all in one is not totally untrue, but the quality of the uses besides blending is not great. It does grind coffee, but not evenly; Some grounds will be coarser than others. It does make orange juice with the juicer attachment, but the yield was less than 1 cup for 3 oranges, vs. almost 2 cups using a regular juicer. And it's not powerful enough to make carrot juice like a regular juicer does. It does crush ice... EVENTUALLY. Technically it does grate cheese, if you like your cheese in microscopic pieces. And technically it does chop onions, if you like onion slush. It did make smoothies, salsa, and hummus very well. That's what a blender is used for, and the Magic Bullet is essentially a blender. All the "10 second recipes" you see in the book, can be done in a blender. So if you've got a blender, you already have the same capability, and like I said, all the "extra features" this product boasts really aren't great.

Good cheap mixer, October 25, 2009
Amazon had the best price for this, bought it for a Christmas present. Haven't heard any complaints about it.
Do Not Buy, October 18, 2009
This is the worst gadget I have ever bought, the no name $10 chopper I have is better than this. Does not do anything it says it does.

This review centers on the much-touted Magic Bullet, which editors say costs twice as much as their favorite blender. While it did a good job grinding dry ingredients, editors say it pulped onions and emitted an "eardrum-bursting" noise. In addition, they say that it's tough to store all 23 of this blender's accessories.
