A slow week in recalls, so we'll get right to it. The largest recall this week involves The Air Mister: 168,000 of these hand-held air misters sold by Target were recalled because they can shatter while in use, posing an injury hazard. Consider a different way to cool off. And high-end Dutch stroller manufacturer, Bugaboo, recalled 46,300 strollers

Target recalled 168,000 hand-held air misters, designed for personal cooling, after three reports of the mister shattering in use, including one report of a consumer sustaining cuts. The recalled products were sold at Target stores nationwide from February 2012 to May 2012. Consumers can return the mister to any Target store for a full refund.

You don't always get what you pay for. Bugaboo recalled two stroller models, the Bugaboo Cameleon, which retails for $980, and the Bugaboo Donkey, which retails between $1,200 and $1,600. A button on the stroller's seat carry handle can disengage, causing the handle to detach and posing fall and choking hazards to young children. Bugaboo has received 58 reports of the handle detaching, though no injuries. The recalled strollers were sold at Buy Buy Baby, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Toys R Us and other baby product stores nationwide, online at Bugaboo.com and other online retailers. The Bugaboo Cameleon was sold between September 2009 and June 2012; the Bugaboo Donkey was sold from January 2011 through December 2012.

Consumers should remove the handle, and may contact Bugaboo at (800) 460-2922, via email at serviceus@bugaboo.com, or online at and click "Important Quality Initiative," for a free replacement handle. Consumers can continue to use the strollers while awaiting the replacement handle. For highly rated, affordable stroller alternatives check out the latest ConsumerSearch strollers report. The best overall stroller, the Baby Jogger City Mini costs an estimated $250.
