I love the fresh boost of confidence that comes with a new haircut. It makes me feel almost like I'm starting over and anything is possible. Ditching Shampoo: The no-poo alternative


How often do you wash your hair? If you said four or five times a week, then you're on par with most Americans. But, it turns out that all that lathering up may not be necessary or even healthy for your hair. Many stylists say that less is more when it comes to washing hair because shampoo strips hair of its natural moisture. That's (partly) why many are forgoing shampoo altogether and opting for the no-poo method.
