Reviewers say that the Omron HEM-637 wrist blood pressure monitor is easier to use than upper-arm blood pressure monitors. The downside is that reading accuracy can be reduced if the monitor isn't positioned just right. The Omron HEM-637 has an advantage over most wrist models: an Advanced Positioning Sensor confirms correct placement before you take a reading. Users say the Omron HEM-637 is easy to use, automatically inflating and deflating the wrist cuff, and providing a 90-readout memory which allows users to track their blood pressure over a long period. If you don't want to spend so much, reviewers recommend the basic A&D Medical LifeSource UA-767 (*est. $70), an upper-arm model which gets high grades for accuracy.
