Professional and user reviews are not particularly plentiful when it comes to budget Bluetooth headsets, but the Jabra BT3010 has garnered a good amount of feedback. Reports say the interchangeable cover designs are an attractive feature and that sound quality is acceptable as long as there isn't too much background noise. Professional reviewers, however, find the Jabra BT3010 uncomfortable for anything but a short conversation, and some say that the controls are too small for most fingers. The Plantronics Voyager 520 (*Est. $60) costs almost twice as much but gets better reviews.

CNET has included a detailed review for the Jabra BT3010 Bluetooth headset with some comparisons made to previous Jabra headsets with similar features. Laptop Magazine has also tested this model but doesn't compare it to any others. Although there aren't many user reviews as of yet, initial reports at sites like Amazon.com give some indication of how owners feel about the Jabra BT3010.

1. CNET

CNET's Nicole Lee thinks the cover designs on this Bluetooth headset are a nice touch. Even though the buttons are raised, she says they're uncomfortably small. Sound quality is fine in quiet environments and it's comfortable enough for short conversations.

2. Laptop Magazine

In this review, interchangeable cover designs of the Jabra BT3010 are a highlight, but small buttons and discomfort are considered drawbacks.. The rage is good, Wollman says, but call quality is mediocre, even though the volume is loud.

3. Amazon.com

Though there are still too few user reviews to draw any firm conclusions, most owners are satisfied with the sound quality and comfort of the Jabra BT3010. Users also like the interchangeable cover designs.
