Where to Buy

There is no doubt that reviewers love CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. Beauty professional and author Paula Beguon gives the cream her highest rating, praising it as "a basic but thoughtfully formulated fragrance-free body moisturizer." She says that the glycerin, ceramides and cholesterol help maintain the skin's protective barrier.

Reviewers at Drugstore.com, Amazon.com and MakeupAlley.com nearly all agree with Beguon. CeraVe Moisturizing Cream consistently scores upwards of 4 out of 5 stars. User reviewers say they use the product for eczema, severely dry skin and even for the face as well as the body.

However, there are no professional tests of this product. While Beguon's review is helpful, it does not appear that she and her team actually test the product; the review is based on CeraVe's active ingredients. Also, while almost all user reviews of CeraVe are positive, there are still a few negative reviews. Some users say that the product gave them a rash, and without a dermatologists' review, it is difficult to say definitively that the product will work well for all skin types.
