Great price for a very well made and rated booster, November 18, 2009Graco Turbobooster Car Seat, November 2, 2009I bought this car seat because we were moving and there was NO WAY I was hauling a full big car seat though 2 airports and 2 planes, especially since it was just myself and my 4 year old son. No extra chaos… needeed! :) This seat is great. It's cooshy, and comfy, the cup holders are totally awesome, for crayons and cups!! :) My son wanted to bring it inside to sit in he loved it so much. This is a great price, and this car seat was number 1 by the consumer reports people.
graco booster seat, November 2, 2009Not Bad for Money. Comfort is ok., October 26, 2009First try with a backless seat, October 19, 2009This is the first time my son is using a backless booster seat. A drawback that I discovered is that his head does not have any support when he falls asleep! Would have been pretty logical if I had thought… of it first. But, then again, this seat is very easy to transfer from one car to another, and takes so much less space than a regular car-seat. My son loves the "CARS" theme, and the 2 cup-holders that fold inside are pretty convenient. There was a belt at that back of the seat that is supposed to make the car-belt go over his shoulders in a certain fashion - but it is really short, not adjustable, and I just cannot use it with my son - it makes him bend over sideways if I do. So I use just the car-seat-belt. For longer rides, I will need to get a booster seat with a back. Also, there is no side-protection, so I use it only in the center seat of the car.
