The Medela Pump in Style Advanced Limited Edition breast pump is an upgraded version of the popular Medela Pump in Style Original (now discontinued). Like the Pump In Style Original, the Advanced comes in a discreet carrying case and includes a double pumping kit, a storage cooler for expressed milk and a battery pack, and it uses Medela's two-phase expression system designed to simulate a baby's natural nursing pattern. Parent reviews say this is a good choice for working moms who need to be discreet and efficient. If you don't need all the extras and don't need the quickest breast pump, consider the cheaper (but equally well reviewed) double pump, the Ameda Purely Yours (*Est. $150, pump only).
