Graco LiteRider

Graco LiteRider

pros
  • Parents say the Graco LiteRider baby stroller's high handles make it comfortable to push. Its removable, machine-washable fabric makes cleaning easier, and its all-wheel suspension provides a smooth ride, especially indoors. The travel system version weighs only 21 pounds, so it's not too heavy.
cons
  • According to reviews for the Graco LiteRider stroller, squeaky wheels and breaking parts are an issue, making some parents wonder how long the Graco LiteRider will last. Folding this stroller requires two hands and leaves you with a bulky frame that takes up lots of space. Also, some owners say the five-point harness has a slight learning curve and can be difficult to undo.

Light, easy to use, November 1, 2009
We just bought this for a couple of months so still need time to see if it is sturdy. So far, the only drawback is that the four wheels make it difficult to push in pumpy roads. Think maybe we will try a three-wheel stroller next time.
Great for Price, October 6, 2009
I bought this stroller to keep at my mom's house to have when I visit from out of town. For the price, it is a wonderful stroller!

It is pretty bulky and we had a lot of trouble fitting in the back of her VW beetle (likewise). However, it maneuvers wonderfully and is the best stroller you can get for this price!
Really like it., September 9, 2009
I really like this stroller. Folds up very easily with one hand. Very light weight. Great buy for the price.
Good Stroller, August 20, 2009

This is soo much better than my original stroller I had bought with the carseat when I first had my son. This one was much more economical and lite. I was in a pinch when my old evenflo stroller (which I paid a pretty penny for) broke unexpectedly. This one is nice and lightweight. Narrow, so I can actually go to a department store with my son and navigate through the store very easily. It opens and closes so easy! Has a nice size basket under it to put my purse and his diaper bag. I really know now what I was missing out on. I have a convenient lightweight stroller I can go anywhere with now. I am VERY pleased with it! I would recomend this to anyone in need of a stroller. The color is great too. Doesnt show dirt and wipes clean very easily.

Great stroller, August 19, 2009

I ordered this stroller after i couldn't make up my mind on what to get or how much to spend. The price is right for this stroller. It is light and easy to get in and out of the car. One big factor of why i liked the Graco products is the easy design of the staps and buckle. Some of the other brands are so difficult to do and undo with a squirmy little one. The basket below the seat is very spacious and can fit lots of shopping bags. It was easy to assemble with good instructions (really just putting the wheels and trays on). Many of the other reviews mentions the placement of the bar right behind the baby's head, but so far this hasn't been an issue, but i can see as he gets older/taller how it might be (my son is just about 12 months). My mother-in-law has a slightly bigger version of the graco storller (glider-something) and that is a bit taller, which would have been nice for this stroller, but i guess it is a trade off between the weight and size of the stroller. I would definately pruchase this stroller again!

Over one hundred parents posting to this site rave about the Graco LiteRider travel system. Most say that this stroller's light frame is its biggest selling point and add that it's easy to maneuver and comfortable for occupants. However, there is also some agreement that the stroller is bulky when folded and that its harness system can be tricky at times.
