This model has two separate sets of reviews. One is from buyers of the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) version of this CD burner, and one is from retail buyers. The vast majority rate the DH-52R2P as an excellent product that's easy to install and works well. A few say it's also fast at burning CDs.

The one review is by an owner who doesn't recommend this device. He unknowingly purchased the OEM version and then complains that no software was included so he needed to buy it. But the owner does think this product is a good value.
