AT&T Wireless Review
Bottom LineDon't look now, Verizon, but AT&T is coming on strong. User satisfaction is still a bit wobbly in some surveys, but those users surveyed by J.D. Power and Associates give the carrier high grades for both customer care and the buying experience. The network isn't quite as robust as Verizon's, but the gap is closing according to some independent tests -- to the point where it scores higher in some regions. Pricing and features are competitive with Verizon, too.Pros
