As cellphones get more sophisticated, so do their cameras. The best cameraphones have a resolution of at least 3 to 5 megapixels, though some go as high as 8 megapixels. Other important features highlighted in cameraphone reviews include a built-in flash, video capture and editing tools. Currently Verizon has the best cameraphones of the major carriers.
