The Weber One-Touch Gold (*Est. $160 for 22.5-inch size) is essentially the Weber One-Touch Silver (*Est. $70 to $90) charcoal grill with an extra handle and an upgraded cleaning system. The One-Touch Gold also comes in three sizes, including one that's larger than the Silver -- 26.75 inches in diameter (*Est. 300). Experts tend to focus on the 26.75-inch diameter because it's the largest of Weber's basic family-style grills. The One-Touch cleaning system on the Gold is like that of the Weber Performer, with a stainless-steel container just below the bottom of the grill to catch the ashes. If you'd rather spend less and don't need a larger grill, experts say the Weber One-Touch Silver (*Est. $70 to $90) is a great grill.
We found a recent expert review of the One-Touch Gold in Men's Journal, and About.com's Derrick Riches offers a thorough review. An older comparative review in Cook's Illustrated also features the One-Touch Gold, and the blogs HomeBarbequeGrilling.com and BarbecueGrillsAndSmokers.com also review this model. User reviews are available at Buzzillions.com, Amazon.com and ExpoTV.com.
