Although its initial cost is a little higher, experts say that for those who have a gas hookup available, a gas dryer will generally pay for itself in the long run with lower operating costs. Like its electric equivalent, the LG DLG2102W has seven drying programs, five temperature levels and an electronic control panel. It also includes a variety of features that owners find useful.
