Reviewers say the Logitech G51 5.1-channel speaker system successfully delivers most of the performance of higher-end speakers but at a more consumer-friendly price. They don't have the superior sound quality of their more expensive sibling, the Logitech Z-5500 (*Est. $275), but sound detail is good for games and movies. They have plenty of punch at 155 watts of total system power, but reviewers say the quality of higher and lower frequencies may suffer if the volume is cranked up too high. The G51 speaker system comes with a useful control pod, but it may be a challenge to set them up in larger spaces because of short cables.
