Infinite Circulon is moderately priced nonstick cookware that rivals more expensive brands in cooking performance and durability. This cookware has an impact-bonded stainless-steel and aluminum base that is suitable for all types of cook tops, including induction. Choice magazine in Australia says it performed admirably in the cooking tests and "survived the scratch test without exposing bare metal." Reviewers and owners agree this dishwasher-safe cookware is easy to clean. We did read some complaints that the handles get too hot. And, this cookware's nonstick coating is made from the same controversial chemicals included in Teflon. If you'd like to avoid some of those chemicals, Emerilware Hard-Anodized nonstick (*Est. $200 for a 10-piece set) avoids one of the two chemicals yet performs as well as standard nonstick surfaces.

Good Housekeeping announces its favorite nonstick cookware sets, but doesn't disclose how many brands were compared.
