I'm tired of the "No link to base" error messages, November 15, 2009
What a total waste of money and time. This phone loses connection with its base even if the base is 12 inches from it. My set came with 3 phones. All 3 phones give me the same problem. Their connection with the bases seem to drift in and out. I've had many calls dropped because the phone just loses connection. What a terrible phone. I want my money back!
horrible, October 27, 2009
Do not buy - these phones lose link to base too often and the customer service is horrible - unless you like being tortured by not being able to answer a phone call because the unit you just picked up off the base loses its link to the base and becomes useless and if you love poor customer service - do not buy
good phone, October 20, 2009
This phone is as good as al of the previous reviews indicated. Main weakness, as noted in those reviews, is that the menu operation is not as straight-forward as it could be. Deleting caller ID entries requires several menu steps, although you can eventually find the "erase all" prompt, instead of having to go through several steps to delete each call.
Works as Advertised - So Far, October 12, 2009

We first ordered the KX-TG9332T from amazon and it was awful, constantly telling us to "Re-establish Link to Base." This phone, however, seems to work exactly as advertised. I guess that means it should receive top marks. It's just a phone, so I can't rave about it, but call quality, battery life, and ease of use are good. I haven't really tested the range but it works perfectly within the confines of my house.

Our old panasonic was dieing. Guess it was the battery. Cost of this phone not much more than battery. So what we got for the extra money was an additional phone for the living room and a phone which has better clarity. Pretty good deal.
