Although it's advertised by the manufacturer as a kitchen waste bin, the Vipp 15 Kitchen Bin and similar models are cited by a couple of sources as an excellent and nice looking -- if expensive -- diaper pail. Reviewers… expandpraise it for odor control and ease of cleaning. Stainless steel won't absorb odors like plastic, and it's very easy to clean. As a bonus, it can be used as a regular trash can after potty training.
