Reviews say Wal-Mart Photo Center is a low-priced digital photo printing service with a wide range of services and three convenient delivery options. The site has easy-to-use features, including photo-management tools, a simple uploading and ordering process and photo-editing options. Photos are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, with glossy or luster finishes. There are also over 100 photo gifts to choose from. The three delivery choices include in-store printing and pick-up, along with a ship-to-store option and standard mail delivery. Picking up prints in-store avoids delivery charges, although the price per print is higher (*Est. 15 cents and up per print). Wal-Mart Photo Center offers poster-size prints, although some sizes are only available as collage-style prints. Older reviews complain of low-quality prints, but a recent review in Information Week says Wal-Mart's prints are comparable to the best.

In the most recent review we found, Don Reisinger of Information Week compares Wal-Mart Photo Center with three other mainstream options. ConsumerReports.org and DigitalPhotos101.com also takes a look at Wal-Mart's offerings. There are also roundups of photo printing services at Slate.com and AmericanConsumerNews.com.
