Reviews recommend the Westinghouse DPF-0802 as the best budget 8-inch digital photo frame. It only has basic features -- no audio, remote control or wireless connection -- but its simplicity and ease of use is what owners like most about it. The 800-by-600-pixel resolution is high for a screen of this size, and the frame provides several display options, including random playback and collages of four photos. It can hold some photos in its 128 MB internal memory, but the easiest way to load photos is with a memory card. One professional comparison review finds the viewing angle acceptable, but not all owners agree.
