The Combi Twin Sport is a side-by-side double stroller that reviews say packs a lot of features for the price, including seats that recline enough for newborns. You'll also get wheel suspension, a removable child bar with cupholders and removable, washable seat cushions -- none of which you'll find on the budget-priced Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All Weather (*Est. $90). The Combi can also hold one infant car seat, but only the Combi Shuttle 33 brand. Owners don't confuse the Combi with a luxury stroller, but they generally post that it's comfortable, fairly durable and easy to maneuver on smooth surfaces. Experts recommend the Combi more often than pricey luxury strollers like the Maclaren Twin Techno (*Est. $360).
The Combi Twin Sport is one of the few double strollers to be covered by ConsumerReports.org. This source could use more detail, but its testing is unparalleled. "Baby Bargains" is also generally a top reviewer, and it briefly discusses the Combi Twin Sport. Babble.com and People.com's Celebrity Baby Blog both publish detailed reviews based on testing. Reviews by experts at About.com and Parents.com are much briefer. Buzzillions.com posts user reviews.

1. ConsumerReports.orgDetails/Subscribe
The Combi Twin Sport, along with seven other double strollers, gets put through its paces by independent testers for ConsumerReports.org. This source could be greatly improved with more detailed write-ups on each model, but it does have the most credible coverage of the basics: safety, maneuverability and ease of use.

People.com's Celebrity Baby Blog has surprisingly down-to-earth stroller reviews, including one for the Combi Twin Sport. Anonymous blogger "Kristen" isn't in love with this stroller but says it could work well as a backup for "Grandma's house or Daddy's car."

5. About.com
The Combi Twin Sport makes this list of the best side-by-side strollers, with its reasonable price and reclining seats. However, Pamela Prindle Fierro, About.com's guide to twins and multiples, notes that unlike tandem strollers, the Combi accepts only one infant car seat. (Note: ConsumerSearch is owned by About.com, but the two don't share an editorial affiliation.)

6. Parents.com
This article picks the Combi Twin Sport as one of the best double strollers, but with only a two-sentence explanation as to why.
