Foundations Duo-SS Double Side-by-Side Stroller

The Duo-SS Double Stroller is manufactured by Foundations Children's Products, a U.S.-based company that specializes in strollers for multiples. The Duo-SS Double is their side-by-side model, with seats beside each other. According to the manufacturer's website, the Duo-SS seats work independently, allowing them to be adjusted for each child. One unique feature of the Duo-SS Double (and of all Foundations strollers) is its handle-activated braking system -- when the handle is released the brakes engage, preventing accidental rolling. While that safety feature is nice, for slightly less than the price of the Duo-SS a better choice may be a well-reviewed stroller from a better-known manufacturer, such as the top-rated Combi Twin Sport (*Est. $240) which, at 22 pounds, weighs almost half as much as the Duo-SS Double.
