The Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All-Weather side-by-side double stroller gets surprisingly good reviews from both experts and parents. Despite its bargain price and lightweight, bare-bones frame, top experts find the Jeep adequately safe, maneuverable and easy to use. Parents also have overwhelmingly positive things to say about the Jeep, although they caution that it's certainly not a luxury stroller and it doesn't seem extremely durable. Although the Jeep's two seats recline independently -- and far enough to support a young baby, reviews say -- you cannot attach an infant car seat to the Jeep stroller. It also lacks wheel suspension, five-point harnesses, child cupholders and removable cushions -- all of which you'll find on the top-rated, car seat-compatible Combi Twin Sport (*Est. $240) side-by-side stroller.

ConsumerReports.org and the "Baby Bargains" book are the most unbiased expert sources of stroller reviews, and both cover the Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All-Weather double stroller. About.com recommends this stroller, but with no mention of testing. We found plenty of user reviews at Amazon.com.
