Reviewers like the Joovy Caboose Ultralight for its unusual stand-on tandem design. The main seat in front is car-seat-compatible, meaning it's suitable right from birth. Behind that, there's a small running board for a toddler or preschooler to stand on, plus a small seat for when they get tired. Parents say the Joovy maneuvers like a single stroller, and its light weight makes it easy to throw in the car for trips to the mall. This stroller is not recommended for twins or two very young children, though. The sturdy but pricey side-by-side Maclaren Twin Techno (*Est. $380) is built for the long haul and gives same-aged children equal seats and equal views.
