The Kolcraft Contours Options Tandem does something that Graco tandem strollers can't do: Its seats are reversible, so your children can both face you or away from you, or face each other or away from each other. Some parents really like this feature, and they say it's easy to accomplish. The Kolcraft also includes adjustable leg rests and a full recline on both seats (only one seat reclines fully on the Gracos), and reviews also find the Kolcraft more stylish than the Graco strollers. However, the Kolcraft does have its drawbacks. At 46 pounds, it's heavier than the 30-pound Graco DuoGlider (*Est. $150) or the 39-pound Graco Quattro Tour Duo (*Est. $250). Like the Gracos, the Kolcraft can hold two infant car seats, but you must buy separate adapters (*Est. $30 each) -- no adapters are required on the Gracos. Some reviews find the Kolcraft harder to push (especially on grass) and less maneuverable than the Graco Quattro Tour Duo.
Both "Baby Bargains" and ConsumerReports.org include the Kolcraft Contours Options Tandem in their expert, unbiased stroller reviews. SheKnows.com also conducts a complete test, but it compares the Kolcraft with fewer rival strollers than "Baby Bargains" and ConsumerReports.org do. About.com recommends the Kolcraft in an expert review, but no testing is mentioned. We found plenty of parent feedback on this stroller at Amazon.com, Viewpoints.com and Epinions.com.
