The Valco Baby Latitude for 2 EX double stroller gets good reviews from experts who have never actually used the stroller and are merely admiring its features, but far less praise from those who have actually purchased it. The Baby Latitude for two is the double version of the Latitude EX single. It accepts one car seat, and can be used with a standing platform on back as well. It bills itself as lightweight, but weighs about the same as other double strollers. Like its single sibling, the Latitude for 2 EX stroller suffers from quality-issue complaints. In the case of the Latitude for 2 EX, the main complaint is that the canopies pop off when the stroller is folded. Also, because of the canopy issue, the stroller may not fold properly.
Several users said they had to return the stroller as soon as they received it because they knew immediately that it would not fit their child for the long term -- the seat back is short and the seats are narrow. One user complains about customer service issues that, if true, are fairly serious charges, but there were no other similar complaints. In fact, the Valco Baby brand gets high marks from one respected product review source for its good customer service. The Latitude for 2 EX also lacks cupholders, an oversight for a stroller with a luxury price tag. This stroller was discontinued in 2012.
The best expert reviews of the Valco Baby Latitude for 2 EX come from Parenting.com and "Baby Bargains," the useful guide to baby products by Denise and Alan Fields. "Baby Bargains" discusses the Valco brand at length and mentions the Latitude. There are very few user reviews, possibly because this is an older-model stroller; some older reviews may have been removed by consumer sites, as often happens.

This review is instructive not because of the review itself, which doesn't seem to have involved any testing, but because of the comments, which merely serve to reinforce the quality issues this stroller seems to have.

"Baby Bargains," the popular baby-gear book by Denise and Alan Fields, offers practical, useful shopping advice even when they don't review a specific model. Brand reliability and customer service are factored into the ratings. In their useful chapter on strollers, the authors discuss the Valco Baby brand in general and mention the Latitude stroller in particular.
