Best value dvd player out there, February 8, 2010
I am very pleased at this product. I didn't know what to expect given the price, but it's played very old all the way up to new disks. I intended to get another one for another tv that we have in a guest bedroom. It's also space compact and fits well just about anywhere you put it.
Christmas present plus, February 7, 2010
As a Christmas present for a non-techie this was iffy but it worked out. Easy to set up and worked with a digital converter box.
Good quality, February 7, 2010
Excellent quality images and quite pleased with results to date. Have not yet tried playing DVD R but regular commercial DVDs work just fine.
Lost my DVD in this machine, February 7, 2010
I bought this system in July 2009, and haven't used it a lot. I just recently played a DVD, and when I ejected it, the tray came out but no DVD. The DVD still plays but it disappeared into never-never land. It would have been $29.00 to replace with a refurbished one from Sony. Cheaper to buy a new one.
Great product!, February 6, 2010
I bought this as a christmas gift for my sister in law,and she loves it! I plan on buying at least 2 more for me. You cant beat the price, and its a Sony so you know its a good product.
