Fantastic Processor, with top lid issues, November 12, 2009

I love this food processor - its blades are really powerful and no matter how much I stuff into the container, everything gets chopped fantastically. The only thing I don't like is that there is no way to wash the top part of the device, as it is electric and has the plug and wire. I'm not sure if this is so sanitary, especially when chopping meat. Bits of the plastic surrounding the screws on the top lid have fallen out (hopefully not into my food...), and chunks of food occasionally get caught in the cracks. It's annoying, and it would be so much better if the top had a snap-off lid that one could wash. Also, be careful when using this chopper for seafood - the smell sticks to the plastic container, and requires a good scrubbing.

Absolutely best!, November 7, 2009
We tried many other onion choppers, especially those ones from progressive and they were all useless and would break after a month use. Then we stumbled upon this Black And Decker. We have used it for more than an year now and it is one of the best thing I ever bought for my wife (better than jewelry since no more crying while onion chopping). Give it a go, its cheap and yet so durable.

Great food chopper! It has an incorporated, detachable lid so the chopping chamber can be used for storage. Easy to clean up but be careful of the blades. They are very sharp! All-in-all a very good mini food processor. Makes wonderful pesto and salsa.
Great deal for the price, October 20, 2009
Unlike most small choppers, this one has 2 blades at different heights, thus avoiding the problem of over-chopped material at the bottom and unchopped material at the top. For small batches of food, it's a winner.
Everything it promises to be., October 20, 2009
This little workhorse is great value for money. Works way better than the magic bullet for a fraction of the price. It chops evenly, is easy to control and is super easy to clean. Just stick it in the dish washer, and wipe off the top with a damp cloth. It makes food preparation a breeze, and having it makes me want to cook more.
