It provides a lot of flexibility, with adjustable cooking grates that can be positioned at different levels for different types of cooking. Mounting options are also flexible, ranging from a stainless-steel cart to a pedestal in different finishes; these options affect the price, however. Two 20,000-Btu, stainless-steel burners provide all the heat this grill needs, say experts, due to its energy-efficient design. It has a warming rack but no standard side burner (it can be added as one of the extra-cost configuration options), and a total cooking area of 695 square inches. If you want to pay less for a high-quality grill, experts recommend the top-rated Weber Genesis E-320 (*Est. $750).
