According to Riches, referring to the Kalamazoo 450HT as a "gas grill is a little misleading." The 450HT actually runs on three types of fuel -- charcoal, wood or gas -- and uses a special drawer system for picking your fuel du jour. Features include 61,000 Btu, stainless-steel burners, an 11,000-Btu infrared rotisserie cradle, warming rack, utensil holder, a thermometer that reads from 200 and 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, dripping wells and an ash collector. If you're not handy with a screwdriver, don't sweat it:  the Kalamazoo 450 HT hybrid grill arrives at your home fully assembled. The lone setback, however, Kalamazoo's warranty, which is not exceptional due to its numerous exclusions.
