The Weber Genesis E-330 is one of the few gas grills that's very popular with consumers and experts alike. It earns a recommendation (plus excellent marks for convenience) from a respected testing organization, and it is rated highly for cooking performance. "Its three burners heated perfectly evenly," says another expert source. Yet another expert points out the Genesis E-330's solid construction and durable parts -- in short, its quality -- as the biggest plus, saying that "for the price there really isn't a better grill on the market."

The Genesis E-330 doesn't heat up as quickly as some other grills, but experts describe it as one of the most efficient models. This grill has three stainless-steel burners for a total of 38,000 BTU and 507 square inches of primary cooking area, paired with a 130-square-inch warming rack. You can purchase a natural gas version of the E-330 for about $20 more than the propane model. If you'd like to spend a little less on a full-size grill, the Weber Spirit E-310 (*Est. $500) earns reviewer kudos for its balance of quality, durability, and value.
