T3 Tourmaline Professional Featherweight

I agree with another user: Seemed to work OK at first although I didn't notice much improvment in speed of drying. It is lightweight and easy to handle -- but it is hotter than I'm used to. After 6 months,… my hair started to feel dry and had zero shine. My hair had always been very healthy and shiny before. My hair stylist noticed it and couldn't figure out what was wrong. After about 9 months, I switched back to my old hairdryer and my hair was instantly healthy and shiny again. Maybe this hairdryer is good for some people but it was bad for me, and costly! This comment above sums it up for me as well. In the beginning you notice the shine which was great but after a few months I started to notice that my hair was losing it's shine and bounce. I now went back to my old blow dryer that I had in storage and my hair is bouncy again and the shine is coming back slowly but surely. I believe this blow dryer doesn't work for all hair types. My hair is semi curly. Darlene

This dryer has been the best thing for my fine, thin, wavy color treated hair. Where my cheapo conair would fry the ends so much I was constantly having to get it cut, using the T3 since July has actually… enabled me to grow my hair about 2 inches longer than it's ever been able to grow. Even my stylist has noticed a marked improvement in the condition of my hair. Unfortunately, something happened to it while I was using it this moring, an internal piece broke off and is now rattling around inside, making the dryer unusable. I'm waiting to see if Discount Jungle or Amazon will honor the warranty, since the thing's not even a year old, but if I have to replace it myself I guess I"m just going to suck it up and go to Sephora to get the real thing. What else can I do, this is the only dryer I've ever had that didn't fry my hair.
