Where to Buy

The Copco Ultimate Polished Ice Cream Scoop is something of a cross between a scoop and an ice cream spade, with a knife-like edge on one side of a rounded spoon, constructed of one solid piece of polished stainless steel. Reviewers say this makes it an especially good choice for cutting through hard ice cream. Owners say the handle is comfortable, with rubber grippers on the sides and a rubber thumb rest on top of the handle. While owners are generally pleased with the shape of the resulting scoops produced by this scooper, one professional review describes them as "large and oblong." Reviews say the sturdy construction of the Ultimate Ice Cream Scoop allows users to apply force while still maintaining attractive ice-cream scoops. Unlike the Oxo Steel Ice Cream Scoop (*Est. $15), the Ultimate Polished Ice Cream Scoop doesn't have a lever, and it's not dishwasher safe.
