According to user reviews on HockeyMonkey.com, the Bauer Vapor RX:60 roller hockey inline skate is particularly well-suited to playing offense. Its only major weakness is its high price, which is more than double the price of the Mission Axiom T.6. This may make the RX:60 inaccessible to many roller hockey players, especially with a high-value alternative like the Axiom T.6 so readily available. Bauer purchased Mission in 2008, but expert recommendations continue to put Bauer at the top of the line for its superior fit, comfort and performance.

The Bauer receives a highly detailed video review from "icehockeywarehouse" on YouTube, which also offers a video review of the Mission Axiom T.6. Unfortunately the two skates are reviewed individually with no mention of the other in the video beyond noting the similarities between the brands (Bauer purchased Mission in 2008, which resulted in many components and design features being shared between the two brands). The Bauer also receives a few user ratings on HockeyMonkey.com that are useful and in general (positive) agreement, if not as polished as the expert review.
