Great product at a great price, November 11, 2009

After doing a bit of searching both in stores and online I purchased this system to replace an older audio system. This one is about a fifth the size of my previous system but provides better quality audio experience. It's very easy to set up and use and with the remote I can control the system from across the room. All in all, a good purchase for the non-audiophile listener. It is not a fully portable system since it is not battery-operated but it is small enough to be transported and plugged in just about anyplace.

Great room sound for less than $300!, October 28, 2009

PROS: Purchased through Amazon, the product arrived as promised within a week, new in the box with a US warranty, complete with all needed accessories. It was out of the box and producing room filling good quality sound within 15 minutes (it took us a few extra minutes to select the correct IPOD adapter due to the extra tight fit with our version of the NANO). I shopped for weeks before selecting this make and model and couldn't be happier. For this price range the sound quality is as good or better than any other portable I viewed and listened to in the stores, all the way up to $500. The unit is attractive, very easy to use, fills a 15' X 17' master bedroom, attached 10' X 10' sitting room and attached master bath with sound adjustable to my preferences, and is adjustable with the included remote. The unit features a remote control holder in the back, so the remote is not in the way when not in use. CONS: There is no handle for portability, and we carry the unit to our toy hauler for use while camping or at the lake. OVERALL: Great unit and the best I found for the price.

This thing rocks!, September 19, 2009

I'm a contractor, and I like to have a good radio on the job. I've always had Sony Sports radios, but when I received an ipod as a gift recently, I couldn't find a Sony Sports docking system, so I went with the Logitech Pure-Fi Elite. Excellent choice, as it turns out. I had it plugged in at a convention center recently, and it filled the hall with music. People thought it was a Bose Wave Radio. It sounds that good. My only gripe is that it doesn't have a handle. As a non-portable system, though, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about it. It's got excellent fidelity, lots of strong bass, and it gets nice and loud without any sound distortion. I ordered it from Amazon, and it was on my doorstep in about 5 days, via FedEx. I'm extremely pleased with the purchase.

Logitech Pure-Fi Elite, September 7, 2009
Very nice product, good sound quality, easy to operate. Only complaint is that when unplugged and moving from room to room, it will sometimes lose the settings I've programmed, along with time of day, etc. If you aren't using it in multiple locations, this shouldn't be a problem-
Absolutely Perfect, February 27, 2009

I have zero complaints about this stereo. It is unbelievably loud and has excellent sound quality even when I turn the volume all the way up. I live in a college dorm and when I crank the volume all the way up people on the first floor complain about the vibration from the bass and people on the second floor can almost hear everything perfectly, I'm on the third floor. Easy to use, relatively small compared to most stereo's but not as small as the original ihome. I was debating between this stereo and the $300 bose stereo but realizing i am broke i got this one and do not regret it at all, Ive listened to the bose and the quality really is not any better from what I could tell.
