The Baby Jogger Summit 360 has been discontinued, but it is still widely available at online retailers. Reviewers especially like the one-step folding system. This new stroller has also won a National Parenting Publications Award (NAPPA) and a Parent Tested Parent Approved (PTPA) Media Award for 2009. The testing criteria and feedback for these awards is not made public, so it's hard to tell how the stroller performed among their panel of testers. Owner-written reviews are scarce, but at least one owner mentions that the stroller pulls while jogging, even with the front wheel locked. Still, that is a common complaint for strollers with swiveling front wheels, and is exactly why experts recommend fixed-wheel strollers for jogging. For runners and joggers, reviews say the Baby Jogger Performance (*Est. $430) is a better choice. The large wheels help it glide smoothly over all types of terrain.

One top baby gear book provides a brief write-up of the Baby Jogger Summit 360, and a longer evaluation of the brand in general. Other sources, such as the NAPPA and PTPA awards, are good for general feedback of the stroller, but they lack specifics. We did find a few owner-written reviews, and since more are added from time to time, they are worth checking for future feedback on the Baby Jogger Summit 360.

Our Sources

1. Baby Bargains

This excellent book includes buyer's guides and ratings for all types of baby gear, including jogging strollers. The authors conduct hands-on testing and also interview parents, manufacturers and retailers. Parents posting to Amazon.com say this is the best baby gear book available, with plenty of current info and lots of attitude, including sections aimed at steering consumers away from unnecessary features. Although the authors focus mainly on reviewing stroller brands, they do single out a few jogging and all-terrain models as the top strollers in their class.

2. Amazon.com

The Baby Jogger Summit 360 attracts about a dozen reviews on Amazon.com. So far, most parents are satisfied, but some say the front wheel wobbles and pulls to the left. But the site is worth checking since more reviews are added all the time.

3. JoggingStroller.com

Reviews of the Baby Jogger Summit 360 are limited, but this site attracts a good number of reviewers, so it is worth checking periodically. One mother loves the stroller so far, but wishes there were more accessories.

5. Parent Tested Parent Approved

The Baby Jogger Summit 360 also won a PTPA Media Award for 2009, but since the testing results and feedback are not public, we don't really know how the stroller performed among the PTPA testers.
