The phil&teds Sport stroller earns praise for being very versatile, and it receives good reviews from experts and owners. Parents love the optional doubles kit (*Est. $90), which turns this single stroller into an inline double -- without the added width of a traditional double stroller. Most reviewers are impressed with the Sport (although it's not meant for jogging), but we did find some small quibbles about its bulk. Several owners also cite the small canopy, the weight limit of 55 pounds and the lack of a cup holder as downsides. The phil&teds Sport was recalled in 2008 because of an exposed hinge. The problem that prompted the recall has been fixed on new strollers, but keep that in mind if you plan to buy a used model. The BOB Revolution (*Est. $390) gets better reviews, is less expensive and has a higher weight capacity, but it can't be expanded for two children.

We found the best review of the phil&teds Sport at one top professional testing organization and Running Times magazine. Parents magazine and a top baby gear book also offer useful information on this stroller. JoggingStroller.com, a retail site devoted to jogging and all-terrain strollers, features parent reviews on this stroller.

6. Celebrity Baby Blog
