Eighth edition
Strollers, Diaper Bags, Carriers and Other to Go Gear
by Denise and Alan Fields
Our AssessmentThis excellent book includes buyer's guides and ratings for all types of baby gear, including jogging strollers. The authors conduct hands-on testing and also interview parents, manufacturers and retailers. Parents posting to Amazon.com say this is the best baby gear book available, with plenty of current info and lots of attitude, including sections aimed at steering consumers away from unnecessary features. Although the authors focus mainly on reviewing stroller brands, they do single out a few jogging and all-terrain models as the top strollers in their class.

All-terrain Stroller Ratings
by Editors of ConsumerReports.org
Our AssessmentConsumerReports.org editors test 11 all-terrain strollers, including models from popular manufacturers like Bob, phil&teds, Mountain Buggy, InStep and Baby Trend. Strollers are rated for safety, maneuverability and ease of use. Three all-terrain jogging strollers score a recommendation, while two strollers are labeled a safety risk and are not recommended. Interestingly, the top-rated strollers all cost under $200, while the high-priced strollers costing more than $400 receive lower ratings.
A Runner's Guide to Jogging Strollers
by Sabrina Grotewold
Our AssessmentRunning Times magazine editors offer an excellent overview of jogging strollers in this article, and the author personally tests several models. The analysis is balanced and thorough, and it contains some of the best notes on usability that we've seen. Six jogging strollers are recommended, each for a different type of runner.
Strollers
by Dana Sullivan
Our AssessmentFit Pregnancy magazine editors review 15 strollers for their annual buyer's guide, but only two jogging strollers are included. Each stroller links to a longer single-product review, but analysis focuses mainly on features and it isn't clear if the strollers have been personally tested. Both the Bob Revolution and Bumbleride Indie score a recommendation.
Jogging Strollers
by Catherine Coreno
Our AssessmentCookie magazine tests 11 new jogging and all-terrain strollers, and assigns each stroller a rating for durability, ease of use and overall performance. We don't know how many testers evaluated each stroller, but at least one tester comments on each model. Still, the comments are balanced and analysis is relatively lengthy. Unfortunately, this review is now almost two years old and since Cookie magazine is now defunct, there's no hope for an update.

Babble Best: Jogging Strollers
by Kate Bayless
Our AssessmentBabble.com, an online parenting website, presents its picks of the best jogging strollers, testing 24 models and choosing six as the best. The BOB Revolution scores the Babble Best award. The reviews are detailed and balanced, making Babble a good cross-reference for other editorial and consumer reviews. Unfortunately, the article hasn't been updated for 2010.

Strollers
by Contributors to JoggingStroller.com
Our AssessmentThis retail site sells all types of jogging strollers, including from popular brands such as BOB and phil&teds. Users can rate and review the strollers they purchase. Because of the large number of jogging strollers sold here, JoggingStroller.com is a pretty good place to check for user reviews. The most popular models have more than 100 individual reviews, and the individual write-ups are detailed and useful. Most strollers earn similar average ratings, but a few models get 3 stars or below.

Jogging Stroller Reviews
by Contributors to Buzzillions.com
Our AssessmentBuzzillions.com compiles owner-written reviews from several sources; for jogging strollers, it gets most of its reviews from REI, Babies "R" Us and Toys "R" Us. There are a good number of reviews for the most popular jogging strollers, and the sorting feature makes it easy to see which strollers have attracted the best reviews.

Joggers
by Contributors to Amazon.com
Our AssessmentAmazon.com lists more than 200 jogging strollers, but the site is most useful once you have a stroller in mind. Many top-rated strollers, such as the BOB Revolution, attract numerous reviews that help provide a more detailed picture of these jogging strollers. Unfortunately, many of the top-rated strollers are older models that have now been discontinued.

Top 10 Strollers
by Editors of TheBump.com
Our AssessmentTheBump.com is a baby and parenting website run by the makers of TheKnot.com, a popular wedding website. Editors pick 10 of the best strollers, including regular models along with all-terrain models. The strollers are divided into two categories – "best of the best" and "best of the rest." The Mountain Buggy Urban Single and phil&teds Vibe are among the all-terrain strollers that are deemed best.

Top Jogging Strollers
by Christine Luff
Our AssessmentChristine Luff, the running guide for About.com, offers her picks for the best jogging strollers. It appears that most of the strollers were not tested, but she provides her personal feedback on the strollers she owns and the reviews are pretty detailed. Single and double jogging strollers are discussed. (Note: ConsumerSearch is owned by About.com, but the two don't share an editorial affiliation.)

Stroller Review Roundup
by Editors of Celebrity Baby Blog
Our AssessmentThe Celebrity Baby Blog, run by People magazine, is a surprisingly decent resource for detailed jogging stroller reviews. The reviews are current and usually involve only one tester's opinion, but they provide good details that fill in the gaps from other reviews. They don't compare strollers or make any picks, but it is a useful cross-reference.

Best Jogging Strollers
by Editors of MomFinds.com
Our AssessmentMomFinds.com is a website that recommends gear and products for babies and toddlers. Four jogging strollers earn a recommendation in the site's article on strollers, and both pros and cons are clearly noted in the accompanying analysis. However, there's no information on how these strollers were selected.

24 Cool and Convenient Strollers
by Editors of Parents.com
Our AssessmentThis slideshow article highlights 24 "cool and convenient" strollers, including some jogging and all-terrain strollers. Unfortunately, the analysis is largely superficial and doesn't reflect any personal testing. The phil&teds Sport and Bob Revolution are among the recommended strollers.
Our Ultimate Stroller Guide
by Erin Smith
Our AssessmentParents.com has another slideshow article on strollers, but it has the same limitations as the previous article. Several jogging strollers are highlighted but the analysis leads us to believe that none of these strollers have been evaluated in person.

National Parenting Publications Awards (NAPPA)
by Editors of Parenthood.com
Our AssessmentNAPPA uses independent judges and feedback from parents to assign its awards. Only one jogging stroller wins a Gold Award in 2009 -- the Baby Jogger City Mini. Most of the awards are given to books and toys for children. We would rate this source higher if its testing criteria and tester evaluations were made public.

Pushchair Reviews
by Editors of Which? magazine
Our AssessmentWhich? magazine, a British testing organization, tests hundreds of strollers (prams or pushchairs, as the British call them), but many aren't available in the United States and only a few jogging strollers are tested. Full details are available to subscribers.
18. Choice magazine

Strollers and Prams
by Chris Barnes
Our AssessmentChoice magazine is the Australian equivalent of ConsumerReports.org, and its testing is similarly thorough and scientific. The organization tests 12 strollers, including four jogging strollers. Unfortunately, many of the strollers tested aren't available in the U.S., but one stroller available here does earn a recommendation.
19. Baby-Gaga.com
As of July 2010
Jogging Strollers
by Editors of BabyGaga.com
Our AssessmentBaby-Gaga.com provides some decent editorial reviews, but they are so old that they don't take into account new features or models. The vast majority of its top-rated jogging strollers are now discontinued.
