The VillaWare Moderno and Tribest CitriStar juicers (both *est. $30) are virtually identically except for their housings: the VillaWare is clad in stainless steel and the CitriStar in white plastic. The VillaWare V41002 has a locking spout that prevents drips, and reviews say that it does a good job juicing citrus. Although it boasts a relatively strong motor for a citrus juicer, reviews say that the reamer is finicky and stops turning if too much pressure is applied. The spout is set just 4.5 inches from the base, so you can't juice into a tall glass or pitcher. The Black & Decker CJ525 CitrusMate Plus (*est. $20) does just as good a job as the VillaWare, reviews say, and it has an integrated pitcher.
There are scant reviews of the VillaWare Moderno V41002 Moderno Series Stainless Steel Citrus Juicer, even on the consumer review sites. At Amazon.com it garners fewer than a dozen owner-written reviews. Editors at ConsumerGuide.com say that the VillaWare is a great juicer, but it's unclear how they tested it.
