fantastic!, November 19, 2009

i bought this and after reading lackluster reviews on just about every cordless mouse/keyboard combo, decided this was the best pick of the lot. but my expectations were not insanely high either. i have a wall separating my living room from my computer in my bed room, but just hooking this thing up to the usb port on the front of my computer was able to get me reception in the living room and all the way in the kitchen! we're talking 20+ feet, through a wall, and while the usb is pointed in the OPPOSITE direction. i even played COD4 in the living room and it was great. yesterday i bought a usb extension cord and ran it through the wall to the base of the TV and now anywhere in the apartment the mouse/keyboard will work perfectly. i also have a keyboard/mouse that is corded hooked to my computer. logitech keyboard and microsoft mouse, but the corded hardware works fine simultaneously with the cordless in the living room. what is also nice is that the mouse sensitivity can be controlled on both mice, so i have them set approximately the same. the mouse is also very nice...i love the feel and the extra buttons. i was initially interested in the mx5500 because of that mouse, but when i got this mouse i was quite impressed with how comfortable and useful it was. the keyboard is great, too, and has media controls at the top, which is nice if you are playing a game and want to change the song in the middle of a round. all in all, for the $60 i paid, awesome deal and highly recommended!

Best working wireless I've used, November 15, 2009

I'll make this short. This wireless keyboard mouse combo has been the most reliable and hassle free set I've owned. Easy as it gets as far as set up. At first, it was glitchy, oddly enough, in my house, it works best when the little receiver is set on the floor between my speaker and tv. 15 months of use, and it's still working fine. Surpassed what I've come to expect from keyboards and mice from my past experience. Not one key is even starting to fade, may just buy another one since the price has dropped.

NOT for Lefties, November 14, 2009

This may be a great package for the majority of people, but the mouse is absolutely, specifically Right Handed and unusable by a leftie like myself. Unfortunately it does not say anything about this in the promotional literature so I wasted some of my time and Amazon's time and money ordering it only to have to send it back. Logitech needs to do a better job of communicating with it's customers or, better still, offer packages with a LH mouse(or maybe they feel LH people aren't a big enough market).

Awsome from accross the room, November 13, 2009
I got this keyboard mainly to replace my broken keyboard but the uses became aparent after some playing around and is pure awsome. I set up the mouse to use media controls, and I can sit in front of my big screen and search the web, use word, watch movies, and of course play games. I suggest this product to anyone.
Best keyboard ever!, November 9, 2009
Very comfortable and ergonomically correct. Was using a much more severely tilted keyboard before and this one is far more useable and comfy.

1. ExtremeTech.com

Atkinson points out that keyboard-and-mouse desktop sets are not always a great deal, with one peripheral often much superior to the other. In the end, he is pleased with the performance of the Logitech desktop set, giving the duo a rating of four out of five.

2. DigitalTrends.com

This review covers a lower-market Wave keyboard-and-mouse set; the keyboard is the same one bundled in the Wave Pro package, but the mouse is different. The curved design is described as comfortable, but Norem dislikes the key feel, and was disappointed to be unable to find advertised Vista-compatible convenience functions. He rates the keyboard 7.5/10.

3. TrustedReviews.com

This single-product review examines the Wave keyboard alone, without the accompanying mouse included in the Wave Pro package. Andy Vandervell assesses the layout and not-quite-ergonomic design of the Wave keyboard; his testing is not described, but he provides ample subjective feedback on the performance of the keyboard.

4. HardwareLogic.com

This Wave set, like the one reviewed by Digital Trends, includes a lower-market mouse than the Wave Pro set. The Wave keyboard fares very well in this review, however, with Blake Terhune praising convenience features such as the multimedia and hot keys, the comfortable keyboard design and the performance of the keys.
