So so keyboard, March 23, 2009
Is as good as any low end model, I suppose, but I don't like the sound of it in use.
Corded, Love it, January 18, 2009

I'm typing this review using this keyboard. It replaces the wireless Logitech that I had before. I opted to go with a corded key board for two reasons. First, the response time during FPS games and in general seems to be better (this has become less important since my purchase of a Fang Gamepad by Ideazon). The second is that it does not require batteries. Regardless, it has useful "extra" buttons (some of which are configurable) like Volume control, web browser (plus "back" and "stop"), email, media player controls, and my personal favorite: the calculator (I was getting tired of doing Run... --> calc --> "Enter") Additionally, the keyboard has configurable "function" buttons similar to a laptop keyboard.

Best Bang for the Bucks, January 6, 2009

Available and open USB ports come at a premium. So, if your motherboard has a PS2 port, then use it ! This keyboard fits that purpose perfectly ! Make sure you download and install the latest software from Logitech, rather than using the provided install disk. Be sure to close all other operating programs before installation of the software to insure against glitches. Contrary to all the other negative reviews that I read before purchase, I had none of the problems that other users expressed. This keyboard does everything that anyone could need, and is the best bang for the bucks. Who could ask for anything more ? It sure looks and works nicely with the Logitech LX7 USB wireless mouse. Lastly, another bonus is that the provided 6 foot cord, (rather than the cheaper OEM keyboards that give you only 4 foot cords) allows you to have enough length to locate the keyboard at your convenience.

JUNK!, November 9, 2008
My cordless Logitech board went kaput after 4 years and I picked one of these up while waiting for my new more expensive board to arrive from Amazon. Soft, squishy keys that felt like they might fall apart under my fingers and the board was actually WARPED. Get back on track, Logitech.
Zero Support,Features Do Not Work As Advertised, October 19, 2008

I recently purchased The Logitech Media Keyboard. The numeric keys on the right side of keyboard do not work. It came with almost no written instructions ( I would have been satisfied with something printed on the box). Logitech Help does not offer 24 hour / seven day a week support. (They must not have paid their Indian & Russian phone bills!)The key imprints look like they were put on with whiteout and they must have been trying to save money because they are at least 1/64th of an inch long. The CIA should buyLogitech 967740-0403 Internet 350 Vista Qualified Usb Keyboard - Black a bunch of these and give them to the Taliban, that would keep them off the web for years! Altogether a complete waste of money and perfectly good cheap plastic!

Loyd Case's review of six sub-$20 keyboards is the best comparative evaluation of low-cost keyboards we found. The top performer is Logitech's Media Keyboard, which Case praises for being fully featured and comfortable to type on, if "a tad mushy."

In this article, Jeremy Atkinson compiles the results of individual keyboard reviews and other head-to-heads in order to provide readers with a guide to keyboards for every purpose. Each category lists a winner and notable runners-up; the Logitech Media Keyboard earns a spot as a low-cost runner-up in the "general keyboard" category, for its feature-rich design, comfortable keys and functional, user-friendly software.
